If this sounds like a challenge you’re interested in, we’re now looking for a Nordic Digital Ad Planner to strengthen the team in our office in Stockholm. This is a temporary contract until January.

The position 

As Digital Ad Planner you are a part of the ad planning team working with digital ad commercials in the Nordic region. You are responsible for our customers ad campaigns after the deal has been made by the salesperson until the campaign has ended, and a follow up has been sent.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Manage and coordinate digital ad campaigns through the whole cycle.
• Act as a gatekeeper to ensure that we have received all the necessary information we need to handle the order.
• Be responsible for all campaign material being in place before the campaign launch.
• Manage daily, weekly and monthly tasks relating to our business.
• Support the sales department with campaign related operations.

What we are looking for

Qualifying knowledge:

• You have worked with administrative tasks in previous roles.
• Able to interact with clients and colleagues at all levels.
• You are thorough, well organized and excels at administrative work.
• Proven ability to work independently, as well as part of a close team.
• Able to multitask and prioritize to meet deadlines.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Swedish.
• Good general computer knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Excel.
