Right now, we’re searching for a Program Planner in our new office in Warsaw – are you ready to hit play on an exciting career change? 

The role

This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate series and film enthusiast who wants to join Viaplay Group’s growth journey in Continental Europe.  

This position has a key function to ensure Viaplay has a strong content offering throughout the year, selecting the right titles, creating a strong content offering, keeping track of the budget, and ensuring all stakeholders are aligned. You will make sure that all titles are in our system, that stakeholders are up to date with the titles, check the material is in, and make sure all changes are captured in our planning system. 

Responsibilities will include but will not be limited to the following: 

• Screen and evaluate new content for potential acquisitions  
• Contact with acquisitions regarding new deals and selections 
• Optimize the schedule for Viaplay and ensure all systems are updated 
• Maintain and update territory budget file, incl. financial placeholders and coming deals 
• Create presentations for our new content for other departments  
• Analyze viewing numbers in Tableau and viewing behavior and draw Content discovery related conclusions based on these 

What we’re looking for

• Experience with similar roles 
• Comfortable communicating with people on all organisational levels in the company 
• Ambitious – not only personally but also with Viaplay 
• Fluency in English and Polish is essential.
