Right now, we’re searching for a People Business Partner in our Sweden office – are you ready to hit play on an exciting career change?

The role

As People Business Partner you are responsible for integrating our people strategy with initiatives throughout the organisation. You will thrive in this position if you know what it means to be the proactive partner rather and how to act as a change agent. In this position you will work closely with senior mgmt teams and be responsible for overall people matters in your part of the organisation.

You will work with key areas of our business in cooperation with stakeholders and teams across our organisation and markets, within Nordics and our other International commercial regions. As people responsible and labour law specialist, your everyday job will vary from aligning overall strategy and business goals to diving into details, refining and re-thinking our ways of working. You will act as the primary interface between your assigned function management and the People & Sustainability (P&S) area to provide consultative advice to senior stakeholders, translating business strategies into P&S priorities

This role reports to the VP People, Nordics and you will be part of an experienced team working across all markets with touchpoints in every part of our business.

What we’re looking for

You are analytical, constructive and pragmatic, as well as a humble team player who thrives on change. You enjoy and have experience of working with senior management and are used to engaging in and driving strategic discussions and initiatives. You have a proactive hands-on approach and always take ownership of your tasks and projects.

In addition to this, we believe that you have:

• 10+ years’ experience of broad work in HR/People Operations
• Have worked as a HR/ People Business Partner in a fast paced and complex environment.
• A degree in Human Resource Management
• Demonstrated knowledge of multiple people disciplines (employee relations, performance, recruitment, compensation and benefits, leadership development and training, etc.).
• Proficient in English and wide knowledge of Nordic labor law, particularly Swedish

It’s a bonus if you have:

• Labour law experience for other markets outside Nordics
• Clear examples of how you work focused on business outcome
