Partnerships Operations Manager Continental Europe and Baltics

The position
As a Partnerships Operation Manager, you will be responsible for driving Viaplay’s growth in Netherlands through B2B sales channels.
Together with the rest of the team you will make sure that the budgets and agreements with our partners are met. You will be Viaplay’s face towards the headquarters of these partners and building a strong, and close business relationship with the partners is a key priority. The position is partly outward-looking towards partners and partly inward-looking analytical, strategical, and coordinating.
Location: Amsterdam, The Netherlands
You will be located in our Dutch office and be lead from distance as the team is located in different locations.

What we are looking for
To succeed in this role, we expect you to have a solid experience in negotiations, sales and business development.
We believe that you are an organized and self-driven person who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You are target-driven with a highly entrepreneurial, innovative and tech mindset.
To be a successful candidate you
- Have a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Economics, Marketing, Business Management or similar.
- Have extensive experience in sales, preferably in B2B or another relevant field, with budget responsibility.
- Possess strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
- Are a strong communicator who can deliver presentations and other forms of communication using non-technical language.
- Are fluent in Dutch and English, both verbal and written.
Bonus requirements:
- Experience with partner sales strategies in a digital subscription environment or telecom industry.
- Experience from launching products.
- Share our passion about movies, series and/or sports.
- International experience
