We are now looking for a Junior Customer Experience Project Manager for a 12-month temporary cover to strengthen our office in Stockholm.
The position
One of the most important goals at Viaplay is to create a world class customer experience that engages our customers and make them stay longer with us. We are working with many ways to improve the overall customer experience covering everything from content discovery and recommendations, personalized communication, rewards, product development, packaging, customer service and much more. Customer insights is almost always the starting point for every initiative.
The Junior Customer Experience Project Manager will work with CX related initiatives that improve loyalty and satisfaction, increase customer lifetime value and reactivation of previous customers. A key part of this role will be to work with Viaplay’s packaging strategy.
The start date for this position is preferably as soon as possible.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Drive the implementation of pricing and packaging adjustments
- Responsible for different Customer Experience related initiatives from start to finish, within areas such as customer strategy, lifecycle management, loyalty, customer insights, segmentation, and packaging
- Lead or take part in cross functional initiatives together with our functions Commercial, Content, Marketing and Product, Data and Tech
- Do analyses of behavioral, attitudinal and KPI data and develop reports as a base for decision, prioritization, and new initiatives
- Generating customer insights via our survey program
- Stakeholder management
What we are looking for
We are looking for a fast-learning project manager with a combination of qualitative and quantitative analytical skills. You are business minded, result oriented, driven, structured and good at presenting and communicating. Stakeholder management comes natural to you, and you are able to work independently on both a strategic and operational level. You have an ear to the ground and are curious about understanding customer behavior and attitudes and what drives loyalty and engagement. Your qualities as a team player will be appreciated and the same goes for your ability to lead and inspire.
Ideal candidates also meet the following requirements:
- 2+ years of experience from customer experience, business development, marketing or similar
- Strong project management skills
- Experience working with insight projects to map up customer and market behavior
- Strong analytical skills
- Comfortable both with working with data analysis and to drive cross functional initiatives based on acquired insights
- Experience working with surveys
- Experience from digital services
- High proficiency in English
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or similar.
