The role

The main responsibility of the position lies within scheduling Viaplays' linear channels in Finland. You are going to be involved also in creating channel dedicated playlists and coordinating different sport rights to linear channels and to Viaplay. You will also be involved in assisting travel bookings for our onsite crew. Coordinating additional content to linear channels such as partnership promos and spots will also be a part of your daily job. Depending on your background and know how we will modify the role with other tasks to make sure you get to use your expertise in the best way possible. Due to the nature of LIVE sports events working hours are not typical office hours and your attention will be needed also during outside normal office hours and weekends.

What we’re looking for

We understand you may feel confident ticking certain boxes more than others and that’s why we always keep an open mind in our recruitment process. But, in order to thrive in this role, we do believe you’ll have at least some experience in the following:

• Has a passion for sports
• Preferably have gained experience of working with scheduling linear channels and or coordinating productions
• Can grasp bigger scope and the relation between different tasks
• Strive to constantly develop the way you work
• Excellent Finnish language skills and fluent in English
• Interested in learning new things and working with different tools and systems
• Thrives in working in a team
• Are fluent with people and you can easily communicate with different types of people

It’s a bonus if you have:

• Experience from TV production, planning or scheduling
• Swedish language skills
