The role  

As Teamlead Finance Operations you are part of the Finance Operations team with 25 Viaplay entities. You´ll be joining a team of 14 colleagues located in Stockholm and UK. We're a part of Global Business Services and all together we're 31 colleagues working closely together. The Finance Operations Team is responsible for managing the tasks within Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivables, Travel & Expense and General Accounting.

SO how could a day look like in your new team?

You start your morning by fetching freshly squeezed orange juice with your colleagues. Proceeding with support externally and internally with your expertise, we work with internal stakeholders and external suppliers. You plan the day for operations and look over our KPI´s and before lunch you also have a training session in learning new task within our scope. 

You´ll have lunch in the restaurant in our building, having “matlåda” or why not join Viaplay run club? The rest of the day you spend your time working with transactional activities (coding, ledger care, case management) and perhaps finishing off with a nice game of airhockey with your colleagues or watching a preview in our own cinema.

What we’re looking for 

We understand you may feel confident ticking certain boxes more than others and that’s why we always keep an open mind in our recruitment process. But, in order to thrive in this role, we do believe you’ll have at least some experience in the following:

• Hold a bachelor’s degree within Finance, Accounting or similar.
• Have 5+ years relevant work experience within AP/AR/GL/T&E.
• Strong hands-on approach.
• Thrive in a fast-changing environment.
• Team player and possesses a strong service-oriented mindset.
• Must be organized with strong analytical thinking skills.
• Confident in English both written and verbally.
