The role 

Create playlists for premium linear sports channels as well as plan and schedule promos, fillers sponsorships etc. Communication with different stakeholders is key. You will join a high-performance team that works with tight deadlines and fast paced changes in a dynamic and fun world of sports. 

• Develop the overall commercial strategy for premium linear sport channels and
  Viaplay. 
• Create and maintain the program plan on which the daily and weekly schedule is
  based.
• Responsible for the broadcasts of commercials and packaging being correct.
• Close collaboration with colleagues in all departments, producers, sales and
  transmission in order to be up to date with all the changes live sports implies.
• Make sure all playlists are created correctly and on time for live playouts and
  re-runs.
• Constantly be on top of tasks and workflows towards other functions.

What we’re looking for 

We understand you may feel confident ticking certain boxes more than others and that’s why we always keep an open mind in our recruitment process. But, in order to thrive in this role, we do believe you’ll have at least some experience in the following: 

• Excellent Swedish and English skills, both written and spoken
• Problem solver
• Organized and structured
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
• Used to working towards short deadlines
• Experience working in Microsoft Excel
  
  It’s a bonus if you have:
• Some experience from the broadcast business or/and linear tv
• Genuine interest to sports
• A can-do attitude, sense of humor and the ability to work humbly with others.
