Junior Promo Scheduler & Metadata Editor
At Viaplay Group, we entertain millions of people every day through our streaming services, radio networks, and TV channels. We believe in the power of content not just as a way of telling stories and touching lives, but also expanding worlds.
We’re looking for the best people to join us on our journey. Right now, we’re searching for a Junior Promo Scheduler & Metadata Editor in our Stockholm office – are you ready to hit play on an exciting career change?
The role
You will join our Central Content & Curation team for SVOD and PTV, based in Stockholm. The team works across all Nordic territories to ensure a strong and competitive acquired content offering across both streaming and premium linear movie channels.
This is a dual-role position combining promo scheduling for our PTV channels and metadata support for our streaming platform. You will work at the intersection of scheduling, operations, metadata, and system management – ensuring our titles are both optimally promoted and accurately presented across platforms. What you'll do:
Promo Scheduling
Strategically schedule on-air promos and filler material across PTV channels
Monitor and adjust promo plans based on performance insights and editorial priorities
Collaborate closely with Content Planners, Curators, Creative team, and local marketing teams
Maintain and update scheduling systems accurately and communicate changes to relevant stakeholders
Metadata Editor
Source, enrich, and manage high-quality metadata for SVOD
Ensure accurate categorization, localization, and timely publishing across markets
Maintain consistency across internal systems and platforms
Support editorial initiatives and promotional campaigns by ensuring prioritized titles are correctly tagged and surfaced
Support translation and localisation from English to Swedish when required

Can work proactively, independently, and reliably in a fast-paced environment.
Passion for movies and series.
What we offer you
We’ve got you covered! 30 days of paid vacation every year, an attractive pension and insurance scheme, and generous parental leave pay lift.
Your wellbeing matters. We provide you with various wellbeing initiatives including wellness allowance.
A safe space to grow and up-skill. Our learning culture puts you in the driver’s seat of your own development.
