Right now, we’re searching for a Performance Marketing Specialist for our Allente business in our Stockholm office – are you ready to hit play on an exciting career change? This is a full-time position with a full-time on-site office policy.
The role
You will be part of the Central Performance Marketing team responsible for lower funnel marketing cross Nordics for our Allente business. As a Performance Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for media strategy, optimization, reporting and evaluation for Allente. You will be working closely with our Project Manager within the team as well as our media agency, and you will be the main point of contact for Allente Performance Marketing operations towards local marketing and commercial teams.
Own performance across Google Ads (Search, DemandGen) and paid social (Primarily Meta, but also TikTok, Snapchat, possibly LinkedIn) together with our media agency
Steer and work with the agency on campaign setup, optimization and prioritization to ensure strong results
Monitor performance closely and drive continuous improvements across bids, audiences, creatives and account structure
Track, analyze and report on results with a clear focus on ROI, CPA and revenue
Identify growth opportunities through keyword expansion, audience insights and structured testing
Ensure accurate tracking and data quality together with agency and the team
Work with budget allocation and channel mix based on performance and business goals together with agency and the team
Stay on top of platform updates, new features and trends to continuously improve performance

We understand you may feel confident ticking certain boxes more than others and that’s why we always keep an open mind in our recruitment process. But, to thrive in this role, we do believe you’ll have at least some experience in the following:
A bachelor's degree in marketing, economics or similar.
4+ years work experience within performance marketing/digital marketing.
Experience in project management, planning and execution.
Experience in data driven analysis and reporting.
Experience in stakeholder management.
Knowledge in GA4 and web analytics.
A hard-working team player with a solution-oriented mindset.
Communication and writing skills in English.
