The Role
We are looking for a proactive and experienced IT Technician to join our IT Workplace team. You will play a key part in ensuring a seamless user experience, supporting secure growth, and fostering digital collaboration across the organization. As IT Technician, you will provide end-user support and help maintain and enhance our IT services, with a strong focus on both technical expertise and excellent customer service.
The ideal candidate is someone with a solid background in IT, who can communicate technical concepts clearly and simply to users with varying levels of technical knowledge. We value individuals who enjoy problem-solving and have a structured approach to delivering solutions.
You’ll be working independently day-to-day, with support from our IT team in Stockholm whenever you need it.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Provide comprehensive IT support for hardware, software, and network issues, ensuring timely and efficient resolutions for internal users.
- Assist with staff onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for all employees.
- Troubleshoot, resolve issues, and respond to technical questions related to Microsoft 365 apps.
- Install, maintain, and resolve issues for other company-specific software applications.
- Perform routine support and maintenance for conference room technologies to ensure seamless operation.
- Manage and support phone systems, video conferencing tools, VPNs, and instant messaging platforms, ensuring optimal functionality and quick issue resolution.
- Participate in local and company-wide projects, working both independently and as part of a team to improve IT services and user experience.
We are looking for a colleague who:
- Has broad IT knowledge and a strong desire to enhance the user experience.
- Demonstrates excellent communication and people skills, with a customer-centric approach to service.
- Possesses strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities and can effectively document and communicate solutions.
- Has expert knowledge of modern Windows operating systems and MacOS, with practical experience in hardware support.
- Is adept at building rapport with users and managing a diverse workload, while prioritizing tasks efficiently.
- Can thrive under pressure and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at various levels across the organization.
- Has previous experience in a similar IT support role, ideally in a fast-paced or multi-site environment.
The role is based in our Denmark office, but occasional travel to our Stockholm office will be required. If you are passionate about IT, user support, and creating a positive impact through technology, we would love to hear from you!
